  1. I am a doctorate student in educational leadership and exploring a dissertation topic concerning mentoring of Hispanic women educators in the community college arena. As an accounting professor for 36 years, I have experienced the good and bad of being an Hispanic teacher. I have learned to be proud and assertive with my students and they in turn admire and search me out for help. I would like to join your organization because the purpose of your organization is my lifetime goal. Hope to hear from you.

  2. Greetings Ms. Blankenship, I am the newly elected President of HWIL and just read your email. I am interested in your topic. Call me, (512) 289-3058 (Houston number). Look forward speaking with you.

  5. I am a Latina from Puerto Rico. I have been in the states for 15 years. I am a presidential security veteran from the US Air Force. Departed from the military in 2004 to build my family, grow professionally outside of the military, and pursue my education. Today, I work for the federal government, I have a beautiful family, and am working on my PhD in Industrial Organizational Psycholofy. The treatment that women, and Latinas, receive in the federal government is the inspiration for my research in federal leadership dysfunction and their influence on the employee. I have been through so much heartache, I am a professional that is continuously treated like la sirvienta (nothing wrong with veins a sirvienta!!! Just wrong when you are supposed to be the boss and your supervisor asks you to cater to the Caucasian employees that actually work for you!). Is this the organization for me? Necesito in circulo de mujeres Latinas fuertes que me den aliento porque sola ya no puedo. Blessings.

Thanks for checking out my writing website . My name is Angelina.
I have worked several years in this niche. My aptitude for writing started at a young age. I wrote short stories as a child and eventually went on to work with my school newspaper.
This early tryst into journalism eventually led me to academic writing. There is plenty of work for qualified writers. I specialize in research papers , but have the skills to do all types of academic writing.

  15. Welcome to my blog ! I’m Jeanne.
Even though I jokingly credit my aunt for my writing talent, I know that it is a talent I have fostered from childhood. Though my aunt is a writer, I also started out young.
I’ve always had a way with words, according to my favorite educator. I was always so excited in English when we had to do a research assignment .
Now, I help current students achieve the grades that have always come easily to me. It is my way of giving back to students because I understand the obstacles they must overcome to graduate.

  16. My name is Stephanie Brown, a Doctoral Learner at Capella University in the School of Business and Technology. I invite you to participate in a research study that is part of my doctoral education program. I am conducting this research to complete my degree.
The purpose of this qualitative case study is to explore strategies Latinas who reside or work in the United States use to obtain executive business positions. Latinas are members of a rapidly growing minority group in the United States and identified as “disproportionately underrepresented” in executive professional and leadership positions among corporate America (Cruz & Blancero, 2017, p. 485). The data from this study might provide Latinas with new insights for promotional opportunities to executive business promotions and provide business leaders with unique talents as globalization continues.
If you decide to participate in this study, your total participation will consist of one single interview for 45 to 60 minutes within the 30-day interviewing period. The interview will take place in the privacy of my home on an online VOIP platform called ZOOM using the audio-only feature. You will be providing answers to approximately 15 open-ended questions.
Also, at any time during the study, you can withdraw your participation from the study.
The participation may contribute to the current body of literature. If you would like to participate or have any questions, please contact me at (832) 239-5493 or sbrown372@capellauniversity.edu.
Thank you in advance for your consideration of participation.
    Stephanie Brown
    Doctoral Candidate
