Scholarships / Programs

HWIL will award scholarships to 2013 graduating seniors based on academic performance, leadership, and economic need.

Eligibility Requirements

Must be enrolled in a college or university in Texas
Applicant must reside in Harris County, Texas and/or adjoining counties
